The only mystery: how they forgot to cram in an evil twin or alien abduction
Wow, this short drama is a hot mess!!! It looks like somebody trying to heat up a quick snack in the microwave and it ended up exploding. This show tried to cram in as many tropes as it could in half an hour: there’s the jealous bitch, the mean parents, the CEO BF, the blackmailing, the backstabbing, the hidden identity, the nasty ex, and to top it all off – the demure damsel in distress turns to be a gifted healer, a kick-ass martial arts master, a demonic speed racer, an ingenious hacker – like I’m surprised that they didn’t include a long-lost brother and sister forbidden romance, coupled with an amnesia trope.I guess the scriptwriters didn’t learn the lesson that usually, “less is more” in short-run dramas. In this case, more was actually too much.

Sad story but worth to watch
I actually didn't like the plot. There were impossible scenes that I usually find in Asian dramas not only in China. However, I watched this because of Ma Xiao Yu at mainly. I really like his acting skills. Furthermore, the drama was sad. It was quite messed up because they made ML Xiaoyu looked stupid in the drama by showing his ignorance and the FL's character is annoying as well. I always think why do chinese dramas are almost all the same? When man loves a woman, woman will do something to make him jealous and think of his love for her twice? Why do that? Why make the man suffer? Why???? If you love the man, then take food care of him. Love him. Say it. Express it. I do not understand why in the dramas, women are so annoying! And in the end, when the man lost his interest, the woman would take revenge? That's stupidity! I hate it but let me say it again that I like Ma Xiao Yu actor a lot and more than anyone else in CDrama. He's the only one that I like. So whatever the plots of his dramas are, I'm sure I'll be there and watch him!Was this review helpful to you?
