Piece Together

The story of a close-knit mother-son relationship, which is disrupted by the appearance of a third person. The son, Qiu Cheng, has long been unable to bear his mother's control over every aspect of his daily life. Qiu’s mother, in turn, cannot accept her son as an independent individual, treating him as her possession. By chance, Qiu Cheng meets Wei Ming. Through their interactions, the deep-seated madness, pain, and trauma hidden within Qiu Cheng gradually begin to surface. As memories and present-day experiences intertwine, both Qiu’s mother and Wei Ming try to piece together the true nature of Qiu Cheng.
