Theories on the Ending?

I'm watching the drama on Netflix, but reading ahead on recaps for those who watched elsewhere. I'm a little (no, a lot!) nervous for the ending, given the foreshadowing of a host murder. I'm a little worried the writers might use this plot point to solve the issues arising from the complicated main lead relationship.

Thoughts? I'm also hoping others might offer a rosier picture than what I fear.

I can't think of a good ending, unless they maybe go with a time lapse? I hope it will have a happy end. I don't want Taiga to die in Manami's arms, telling her that she is the only one he has ever loved with his last breath. 😰😭

Just the thought makes my guts turn. Let's hope for the very best! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
