Lian Ai Tian Cai (2025)

Lian Ai Tian Cai (2025) is a nice romance comedy miniseries with Wang Yiran (as Feng Yan) and Shi Tong (as Sang Lu) in the leading couple’s role. The cast did a good job bringing their characetrs to life and the lead couple has a very nice and caring chemistry. The drama’s pace is fast and it takes the lesd couple a long time to realize their true feelings which made the romance a slow burn one. The lead female character is super bubbly and sometimes it can be a bit too much, but it’s a comedy after all. The drama is good to unwind from a heavy-laden one and the couple is very protective of each other. Even when someone plots against the lead actress, the male lead trusts and protects her, and viceversa!
Overall, it is a nice drama with a sweet romance. Enjoy it!

Cute leads and adorable chemistry

So, I first watched the one with Wang Hao Xiang and Wan Xi last month (Husband Is Dumb, Don't Panic, I Am a Loudspeaker - 老公是哑巴，别慌我是喇叭 ‧), and it was quite entertaining. They looked good together though the chemistry was just okay for me. Then I stumbled upon the version with He Cong Rui & Liu Nian (Lingering in Mind - 念念有词) and I liked them both already. They looked good together, but the other Feng brothers were missing in this version and I just can't with the whole pink and fluffy paraphernalia that Sang Lu got in their living room and bedroom.
This one, I liked a lot. Wang Yiran and Shi Tong looked so good together! I am liking that wavy locks on Shi Tong, she looked so adorable!! I especially liked the disbelief look in Feng Yan's face when his wife closed the door on his face when he came to visit his in-laws. And in this version, it was more believable since Sang Lu's parents were already familiar with their son-in-law and even loved him as part of the family, something that the other versions didn't have.
The romance was a bit slow, could be better especially with these two gorgeous leads whom I thought have a great chemistry together. But it was a nice watch and I would rewatch again whenever I needed something sweet and silly and lighthearted.
