? My Review of "Out of Reach" ?
I just finished watching Out of Reach, and my heart is still tangled in the delicate threads this drama wove. This isn’t your typical light, predictable series — it dares to walk into rooms most folks in China would rather keep locked tight. It gently yet unflinchingly shines a lantern on subjects too often swept under the rug, making it not just entertainment, but a quiet revolution of empathy.The performances?
WANG NANA and YUAN YU HAN absolutely breathed life into their characters. They weren’t simply acting — they were living, aching, hoping, breaking. Watching them was like peeking into a diary you have no right to read yet can’t tear your eyes away from. Their chemistry wasn’t loud or showy; it simmered under the surface, subtle and real.
The story itself is a tender, bruised peach. It explores human frailty and the loneliness of carrying burdens no one else can see. It made me stop and wonder how many people I pass each day who keep such silent battles locked behind polite smiles.
In short:
If you’re looking for something shallow, keep moving. But if you want a drama that peels back the layers of the human spirit — that has the courage to speak where others remain hushed — Out of Reach is worth every tear and every warm pang in your chest.

I am impressive with leads healing power
Okay i watched this because of Wang Nan. Yuan Yuhan's acting is good. Both of leads have great acting skills, delivering excellent micro-expressions and various physical reactions. However, the drama is also incredibly mindless and melodramatic.For the summary, ML and FL were sweet couple but FL is raped by her stepmother's son. Her father stabs the stepmother's son and goes to jail. Then, FL pretends to be with SML and dumps ML and ML got accident.ML has two car accidents, attempted suicide twice, and suffered numerous injuries, yet he survives. FL attempted suicide once by jumping off a building, her father died, she experienced a mental breakdown, recovered, and was able to continue working. FL jumped from the 21st floor and didn't die. Instead, she tormented ML to the point of being heartbroken. Then, FL received a new job offer and went to work. When she was discussing business, she ran into the ML again. This time, there was another car accident and suicide attempt. After that, the two of them finally talked things out.
After that, the two of them finally talked things out. All the hardships they faced were given to them by the other. ML and FL cried their hearts out, their emotions raging, and they finally reached each other's side despite their physical limitations. If you enjoy classic Korean dramas about terminal illnesses or want to vent your emotions and have a good cry, you should definitely check this out. I just watch this drama on my manic era so i just enjoy to see both the leads cried their heart.

A little over 2 and a half hours of struggle and pain
Quick quiz: how many accidents can the ML have and stay alive before getting paralyzed?Cause I counted about 6, and he was still alive and kicking!

Aside from a secret that needn't be a secret, and a lie that is completely unnecessary, the show has practically nothing but struggles, the FL struggle with money, her father's illness and the harassment from the ML, and the ML struggles with accidents, the FL repellency and jealousy over her.
The ML can't take no for an answer and is obsessed with the FL in a very unhealthy way, not romantic but more like bullying and harassing way, somehow that's understandable cause he is in love and this is fiction
the FL already has too much on her plate and the ML came to just make her life worse, although IMO everything could be easily avoided had she told him the truth ~
However, I have to praise the two leads as they were great!! And they had good chemistry.
There is something in the story that I didn't understand in the beginning and it doesn't have an explanation later but I sincerely am not interested in asking about it now, I'm just glad it ended because finishing this was quite a chore despite generally liking it ~
