Police in Love

Read envelope, read thread, destiny and police. One day, a police officer finds a red wedding envelope, only to find out that the owner of the red envelope is, in fact, a ghost from the other side asking for the officer's hand in marriage before reincarnation.

Read envelope, read thread, destiny and police. Many people have the superpower of seeing something invisible. Chia Kai can't see ghosts, but he can see the different colored threads connecting people. The more threads, the more bonds a person has.

Chia Kai has seen countless threads, but he hasn't been connected to anyone at all. He can't figure out why but has accepted himself as a loner. However, because of a chaotic incident, he meets a policeman named Ta Wei and realizes that one silver-grey thread has grown from him to him, connecting them together!

Chia Kai doesn't want to lose the connection, so he takes a part-time job at the police station to get closer to Ta Wei. With his superpower, he helps with cases of missing people and objects. They get to know each other better, and the thread between them begins to change color, from silver-grey to yellow, representing friendship, and even to red, representing love. Seeing these changes, Chia Kai realizes that how they feel for each other can't be hidden anymore...

Bad luck changed by the right person. Fake relationhip turns real. Fukuhara Kota, a university student plagued by constant misfortune, struggles to make friends due to his embarrassing bad luck. One day, he is rescued by Shinomiya Naoya, a handsome student with supernatural good luck and many friends. Intrigued by Fukuhara, Shinomiya agrees to his request for friendship, though Fukuhara awkwardly phrases it, leading Shinomiya to mistakenly think he’s being asked out on a date.

Similar premise where the lead is forced into marriage by the family to ward off bad luck. It's just that police in love gives more new age bl vibe while decoding you gives old thai lakhorn vibes

We have 2 thai BL drama with same level of maturity and where all ML are working adult. We also have similar trop of police officer boyfriend and obstacles to become a couple.

Main leads are same here.
Two men with contrasting personalities are brought together for a grand heist, forming a complex love-hate relationship.

Joker is a talented thief, leading a double life as a charming, boastful man while secretly robbing wealthy oppressors to help struggling villagers.

Jack, a former taekwondo substitute turned debt collector, is calm and intimidating. He believes in using strength only to protect the weak and prefers solving problems peacefully.

Both are similar although i think PIL is much better

Both have leads getting into a fake contract marriage to save the ML and parents who are superstitious.

Magic move is university based though

gay policemen, silly romcom but still with substance, good acting and chemistry from the leads. pil is just like an upgraded version of dfkl!
