Both dramas has a striking similarity to each other. The ML are both professors to the FL. They both enter an arrange marriage/ marriage out of convenience. And the way they both slowly warm up to each was similar too. I had read the book 'Perfect and Casual' was adapted from before the drama aired and found that this drama (CEO's arrange bride) had more similarity with the book plot than its own drama did. (just slight differences here and there).
That said, its been a minute since i read and watch 'perfect and casua'l so my memory could be rigged a little. (sigh... im getting old...)

-Both are romance dramas centered around marriage or arranged marriage rather than dating.
-The couples start with a forced or awkward beginning and slowly develop real feelings.
-Both stories show emotional growth, where the leads learn to trust, open up, and understand each other.
-Neither drama relies on heavy toxic tropes like cheating, kidnapping, or violent ex-lovers.
-The focus stays mainly on the main couple, keeping the storyline simple, sweet, and relationship-driven.
