“Strangers on a Trip… Until They Aren’t”

School Trip: Joined a Group I’m Not Close To” is turning out to be one of those deceptively soft BLs that hide emotional landmines under everyday moments. What starts as an awkward school excursion quickly becomes a story about quiet crushes, forced proximity, and the kind of teenage tension that feels painfully real.

The chemistry is beautifully understated — it’s not loud or dramatic, but it hits you through shy eye contact, small acts of attention, and the way the leads slowly start noticing each other in ways they didn’t expect. The show captures that universal school-trip feeling: being stuck with people you barely know… and somehow forming unforgettable bonds.

As it’s still ongoing, the pacing is gentle but promising. Every episode adds a new layer, pushing the boys closer while keeping that sweet uncertainty alive. It’s charming, relatable, and genuinely heartwarming — the kind of BL that sneaks up on you and suddenly becomes your comfort watch.

If you love slow-burn youth BLs with realistic emotions and soft aesthetics, this one is absolutely worth following week by week.
