Wang Kaimu
I watched this because it had Wang Kaimu starring in it. He is my favorite short Drama Actor. Yi Yin Yin plays the female lead and she was very good. the story had what Kaimu is good at playing at, it has a touch of the underworld. Kaimu is the bad guy that ends up being the good guy. Yi Yin Yin’s performance brought the sexy damsel to life. as always Kaimu brings his a game, but prop to Yi Yin Yin for giving the audience a wonderful experience. Slow beginning but the pace picks up
It took me about half way through the story before I started to care about any of the characters. The pacing was a slow beginning introducing plot points and increasing as all the threads wove themselves together connecting into a finale. The soundtrack wasn’t able to match many moods and settings. I considered this a clunky romance while watching yet felt pretty happy and satisfied with the drama by the ending.This is my first stopping a drama checking the age of the actress wondering about a gap between FL and ML. Liu Jin at 27 is styled similar to Ester Yu in Speed and Love. I was thinking she was too young, beautiful and charismatic putting the ML into the background. Wang Kai Mu is fading and didn’t come across with his usual starring performance. The chemistry between these two wasn’t coming across as sizzling at all. There were moments when ML carries the FL around or was protecting her which were appealing as the size difference is prominent. The casting between the ML and FL was mismatched not the individual acting of these two who are both great in their roles individually.

Lack of chemistry
I watched this because Wang Kaimu but i don't enjoy this drama like other people do.Actually plot is too disjointed, the pacing is fragmented, and there's too much focus on the romance between the ML and FL. ML's undercover work and FL's domestic power struggles are barely shown, resulting in an overall monotonous and dull experience. Wang Kaimu and Ye Xinxin are gorgeous people but they still lack of chemistry and tension. Ye Xinxin s acting is somewhat weak despite having strong face feature. And yeah it was boring drama.
There's really no need for watching it twice or three times; once is enough. Absolutely not my cup of tea.

Romántica de gángster pero buena
Han hecho un excelente trabajo con esta novela vertical: es la típica romántica del prota gángster PERO bien hecha, porque tiene detalles (hasta el final) muy tiernos. El arte es impecable. Me gustó mucho la historia de estos personajes ^_^ y él da muy bien para es 'physique du rôle' ❣️Y el tema principal de ellos da en la tecla *^^*
