A hollow void next door
This is supposed to be romantic, but it really unintentionally looks more like a psychological horror show and maybe it would have been better if it was. Like the main character writer has snapped from the pressure of being unable to write and imagined a pushy musician housemate that matches up to his pretentious tastes and would give him some excitement at home and at his convenience store job. Not that the main character ever interacts with anyone else, but the musician guy definitely doesn't. He might as well be imaginary or a ghost. He never has any behavior that indicates he's a real, three dimensional person. There is no chemistry though I can see the writing trying to establish their connection and I appreciate the actors committing to the kiss scenes, but it looks awkward and doesn't need to go on for so long. The director needs to accept that and cut the scenes shorter.Was this review helpful to you?

The subs are horrible. After reading, you just have to make the best guess possible as to what they meant to convey. Overall, I've seen Yu Bin in much better productions. My Damn Business comes to mind. So this was a let down. The other ml came off as being too direct. There was no real charm to him other than his husky voice and smile. The staged interractions were clumsy. Their physical responses to being touched were decent. There is a something between them. Budget aside, this was lacking in more ways than one. If you like Yu Bin, as he is a consistent actor, give it a watch.Was this review helpful to you?
No chemistry, even a bit creepy..
Ok this was a dissapointment.. I was looking foreward to it because i like the acting of Jeon Yu Bin. He did well, but the other actor lact emotions. He just felt very creepy, another revieuw said serial killer like and i agree with that. Very straight foreward and hardly any emotions shown.The kiss scene's also felt off, it looked like Jeon Yu Bin didn't want to kiss him. And i know he can do a lot better! There was no chemistry betweem them, just emotionless akwardness from the other actor.
The story was weird and all over the place..
This really was a waste of time, i'm glad the episodes were short.

10/10 Actors 3/10 script
The actors were great, the plot/script was confusing--but maybe that was just the subtitles?Music was good, the concept (from what I could gather) was decent and could have been really great given more time, but I was confused most of the time about what was actually going on.
Jeon Yubin is great as always, loved the new actor who's name I didn't catch, would love to see him in more!

Possible Serial Killer Next Door

- series was basically one guy writing, one guy playing the guitar and kissing
