Not as bad as some other dramas
Honestly I didn't expect much, and it exceeded those expectations. Was the series as great as some of the main stream titles? no, no its not. But honestly its got better editing and music taste than a lot of GL's that blare the theme song so loud during NC scenes. The writing definitely could have used more work, but what surprised me the most was how enjoyable the actresses were for me. With a better script I think these girls could actually go a lot further if given the opportunity. (they both still need acting lessons yes) but there are some large budget shows out there with worse acting and scripts. Now the plot is actually interesting, if they had spent more time on it I think it could shine a lot more. For what we got its fine, I think they did good with what they had. People should give this show a chance, its at least worth watching once I think, even if its to kill some time. Was this review helpful to you?

Shadow of Love Review: Chemistry Worth the Chaos
Shadow of Love had all the ingredients for a standout Thai GL — forbidden romance, family secrets, and explosive chemistry from #PlaifahBeBell. But uneven pacing, rushed twists, and lingering unanswered questions keep the series from fully reaching its potential. You can read the full review here: https://bit.ly/4uHj6N3

RANYA: The Prettiest Cry-Baby in Thai GL
SHADOW OF LOVE Ep 19 - This show has the most evil, most reprehensible villain-mother in all of GL.... Zero redeeming qualities, but her being so vile and detestable is what makes the show so interesting! Exhausting and exasperating to watch, but riveting, nonetheless. And Bebell Patthanarat Ketkaew - sweet, vulnerable Ranya - Bebell is so pretty, even when she's crying! In fact, "Ran" is the prettiest cry-baby in 🇹🇭 GL.
