The bad reviews are from people who just can't handle dark dramas
It's actually quite funny how many dark shows/shorts receive poor ratings just because they contain unsettling themes, and when the synopsis is as blunt as this one, the blame falls wholly on the viewer. If you are uncomfortable with themes such as kidnapping and rape then don't watch it, simple as that. This isn't for you.I liked this short kbl because of the acting from the main lead. His portrayal of the trauma bleeding into numbness and eventually breaking down to tears really manages to evoke emotion from us as the audience, and it's exceptionally well done. The twist of the second lead being in on the kidnapping wasn't really a shock as it was easy to guess, but I enjoyed the psychological aspect and the unsettling environment over the 3 episodes.
I really wish people who can't handle dark shit to just stay away and let those of us who understand what these shows are trying to portray to enjoy it without criticism.

TRIGGER WARNING
PLEASE DO NOT WATCH THIS. I dont normally have a problem with dark drama, but this has no plot. It’s straight up rape. It’s sickening.Korean BLs have never disappointed me in the past. Secret Relationships is one of my all time favourites. And that wasn’t your typical cute fluffy KBL.
Do yourself a favour and please avoid this. I can’t believe I watched all 3 episodes. About 5- 6 mins each. That’s 15 mins of my life I’ll never get back 🤦🏻♀️🤬

DO NOT WATCH!! Disturbing and bad plot
This was just really disturbing!!, it didn’t even make sense most the time it’s just straight up SA!! It’s disturbing and I would definitely not recommend for people who has a weak heart etc.. won’t watch ever again. The plot… was not plotting, the story started of as a kidnapper etc.. but it doesn’t even explain why he’s recording them, where it’s going, who’s in real control, and just everything is overall lacking! Was he dreaming or not.. guess we’ll never know. Was this review helpful to you?

For dark lovers
I finally managed to watch it and I'm not disappointed. I'm not a fan of cute BLs and I had high expectations for this one. Ok, love it. I love dark theme and it is perfect for that! It was really interesting with a slightly unsettling atmosphere. The acting is very good. I'm a fan of this kind of BL, and I'm glad to see Koreans getting interested in it too. I hope they make more that are just as disturbing! If you're not comfortable with kidnapping, rape, and manipulation, avoid it. Otherwise, go for it! I hope to find the actors' names at least xDWas this review helpful to you?

this, not for the faint of heart
well this was majorly f*cked up, from the start Yu-Ho was suspect, there was something about him that made u raise your eyebrows, as his attitude & behavior didn't fit the situation he & Jeong-Su found themselves in.it makes me wonder WTF, why would anyone do that. but given Yu-Ho's wondering questions (in ep 2), am guessing that when he asked "...if "they" were gonna sell the footage overseas...", wondering "if they will be famous..." makes me think he & the masked guy work together & this is how they make money - i.e sex tapes & their genre is kidnapped men forced into "performing".
the main question; why he targeted Jeong-Su? or is that part of their MO, targeting unsuspecting guys Yu-Ho knows or is attracted too, drugging them & basically raping, humiliating & abusing them. & as they r drugged multiple times during the "session" it's easier to make them believe, it was all a dream. guess their own psychic will do that, just to help them deal with what they were put through.
either way, whomever thought this up is diabolic & evil(!) cause leave what was done to Jeong-Su physically (which isn't anything to trivialize) but f*cking with him mentally. where even if he thinks it's a messed-up dream, the brain doesn't forget & subconsciously he is carrying this trauma around... who knows how it will pop-up & what type of PTSD reaction will occur, the saddest part - he wont know how to deal with whatever, as he doesn't remember. so how can he come to term's with /accept/ forgive what he doesn't remember?!? plain wicked -
this wasn't a fun watch (even though Yu-Ho cracked me up cause of his weird ass behavior or rather Jeong-Su astonishment at his behavior, laughed out loud in ep 2) but the last ep broke me. the actor playing Jeong-Su pulled u into his break-down & how he slowly lost it. hard to sit & just watch detached from what was happening to him on screen, even the fact u knew it was just acting didn't lessen how bad it made u feel - very uncomfortable, yet phenomenal acting.
still, i don't know how to rate this cause i feel like giving this a high rating is being an accomplice in what was done to Jeong-Su - weird i know. but it is what it is

Skip/ avoid/ i dont recommend
Idk what's the point of this. I watch dark and toxic stories but again whats the point of this one. Too much short so not able to get attached to the characters, full of r*pe, they didn't even dive in the story about why he planned it with the other guy etc. They decided to put p*rn in a form of noncon rather than consensual then they forgot to include the story... What feelings it gave: disturbing, frustration about lack of story, wondering what i have watched and why....
