Easy on the eyes, easy on the story and just no drama at all... quite wholesome.
There is not really much to say about this series. It's short, to the point and no bad drama, no bad ex gf, no bitching, no heated discussions, nothing. It's just a melow story of two couples coming together. Of course due to the constrainted playtime and I guess because of the limited budget there is no depth in the characters. All of them are pleasing to the eye and we have to guess that all of them are nice in their ways.Production quality was nice. Just the "bar" both TrueFilm and Sukfilm use is still a bit cringe :) The actors are all quite handsome or cute, they also did the job well.
So, this was quite fun to watch, quite relaxing and a nice change of pace compared to all drama series airing the last two months. You will not get frustrated, you will not get angry, you will probably just enjoy it. And that's a good thing. If you have not seen this yet, invest the 30 minutes for a wholesome expierence.

well done prequel (need a spin off of the side couple)
Overall: this is a prequel to the short series Love Reset https://kisskh.at/profile/blcompilations/reviews/504190 Four episodes about 8 minutes each. Aired on Truefilm YouTube https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkQFxcEhORR3zNUebXvCBuhRLMzgRsksw&si=FJsuJO-o9Ryw9KYA Uncut version would be a 9 as it had a key response in the final episodeContent Warning: past stalking not shown
What I Liked
- chemistry (of both couples)
- realistic friends
- easy to understand premise
- nice camera work to show dream/reality
- good kissing
Room For Improvement
- they don't show the answer in the cut version

Before The Confession: The World Behind "Love Reset"
I went into "First Page" already feeling confident about my interpretation of "Love Reset", and I have to say, I was pretty spot on. The dynamic unfolded almost exactly as I had imagined when I reviewed "Love Reset". What "First Page" does particularly well is clarify the interpersonal tensions that were only subtly implied before. I remember seeing a comment on YouTube of the video "Love Reset" suggesting that the friends of each male lead secretly liked them but chose not to interfere out of respect. Even at the time, that interpretation didn’t fully convince me. It felt like a reach, more projection than textual evidence. Watching "First Page" confirmed that instinct. The narrative makes it much clearer that the supposed “unrequited longing” from the friend group isn’t actually directed at the male leads at all. Instead, the friends’ dynamics make far more sense romantically when paired with each other.Within this shared universe, that alternate theory simply doesn’t hold up. In "Love Reset", Cha Jae Hyeon is shown to be friends with Alt (who is a coworker figure in that series rather than same friend depicted in "First Page"). If you expand outward into "Connect", the shared-universe continuity becomes even more obvious: Alt is canonically dating Ian there. So the idea of lingering romantic tension toward the main leads doesn’t align with the established relationships. This universe is surprisingly consistent about its pairings, if there were a love triangle (or square), it would not be subtle. It would be narratively central.
That’s something I appreciate about this franchise as a whole. Across Connect, Cross Link, First Page, Love Reset, and Laundry Romance, there’s a shared-universe structure that rewards attentive viewers. The recurring actors and interconnected relationships give the impression of a living world rather than isolated romances. If someone asked me for an ideal viewing order to better understand the emotional and narrative flow, I’d suggest:
1) Connect
2) Cross Link
3) First Page
4) Love Reset
5) Laundry Romance
That order allows the relational groundwork to build naturally before the emotional payoff in "Love Reset".
That said, I do wish we had seen more from the side couples. I’m almost certain there’s additional footage available through the membership version, which is fine in theory, bonus content is a valid incentive model. However, extra material should enhance the experience rather than fill narrative gaps. The transition from confession to “we’re officially dating now” (for both couples) felt slightly abrupt. It wasn’t damaging to the story, but it did feel like we skipped over emotionally significant development. I suspect there were moments in between that would have strengthened the pacing.
Still, I appreciate the simplicity of "First Page". There’s no excessive melodrama, no unnecessary conflict manufactured purely for tension. It functions as a necessary prelude, clarifying motivations and relationships that enrich "Love Reset" in retrospect. Whether someone watches "First Page" before or after "Love Reset" ultimately doesn’t matter, but I would personally recommend starting with "First Page" for a more layered understanding.
Overall, I’d rate it a 7.5/10. It’s not groundbreaking, but it’s thoughtful, cohesive within its universe, and effective in providing context that deepens the emotional logic of what comes after.

Sweet!
This was a sweet story. Nothing is more scarier than trauma's like that and it's hard to overcome them. But when the right person comes along you always find a way.It has great visuals and good music.
The acting is very good and the first couple has great chemistry and the kisses are very good.
The second couple is good too, they too have good chemistry and had a good kiss.
I might watch this again in the future when i just want to watch someting that isn't too long.

Liked this more than the sequel. Soo cuteee
This was soo damn cute🥺❤️ watching this season where Jae hyeon was kinda a green flag waiting for U Jin to open up for them to date. Kinda gave prapai vibes from "love in the air" i just can't believe that 7 years later he changed soo much. Gaslighting U Jin, ignoring him and hurting him🙃🙃..This is the 1st time I've seen a drama where the seme changes to the worse over the years and they still stay together.
When i saw the sequel i thought Ji Su had a crush on U Jin. Thankfully he's just a good friend❤️❤️ ngl i loved thier friendship. Even after 7 years they stayed the same.

Nice
This was a funny, cute and very comfortable series. On a very limited budget it does go a long way. Hoping they move away from that club scene. Screams really broke and doesn't deliver what they hope it would. Both storylines were completed nicely and Jung Myeong Choi redeems himself a little after whatever Tide Of Love was. He seems very comfortable and natural in the role. This took it's time to develop over four eps. Woo Jin punches in the code to the wrong apt and catches the owner coming out of the bath. This sets of a series of meetings as Jae Hyun, the owner, finds the entire scenario funny and for the first time feels strange emotions he wants to explore. It's a first for both of them.
Han Jisu is in love with his senior who also reciprocates his feelings. It is in the above mentioned club scene that the senior takes the initiative and confesses. Clumsily, Han Jisu admits what he feels.
The acting felt realistic as among friends with no unnecessary misunderstandings. It has a simple formula and it works. Never over reaching its scope. I liked that it fits well with the sequel Love Reset which shows the aging of their relationship. Sometimes a gentle relaxing watch is needed.

Surprisingly a really good watch! Satisfying despite being short.
Just stumbled upon this on my Youtube homepage and I didn't regret any second of it. All actors did their characters well (all are pretty too!) and I'm glad that they fully understood it's just a 30-minute BL – they did not stretch this with unnecessary side plots and characters. It's well-paced too and covered a short timeline, no ambitious time jumps or childhood backstory checks, just 2 strangers falling in love and all other plot points were integrated quite well in narration and lines of all four characters. It's a cute, light, and fun watch. 11/10 recommended if you're looking for something fun to watch before sleeping.
Soundtrack was a bonus!
