While visiting Kinosaki Onsen in Hyogo for a local history assignment combined with a trip with his mother, Asami Yukie, Asami Mitsuhiko learns of a mysterious death that occurred in the abandoned building of the Hozen Investment Association, an organization notorious for its financial fraud schemes. The building, dubbed the so-called “Ghost Building”, has seen three unexplained deaths within the past year alone.
