First Impression: Decoding You
Overall: there's some nonsense happening. 8 episodes about 50 minutes each. Airing on YouTube https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLS6SbMZl9t3o&si=_ACQtusTmWXhCAOY and https://ch3plus.com/v/284115 (has English subtitles)Content Warnings: several, mainly in the first 9 minutes (keeping this spoiler free for now)
What I Liked
- visuals
- easy to understand premise
Room For Improvement
- why weren't the police involved in episode 1??!!
- Kit doesn't make sense to me, why did he purposefully cut the lights and do that but then he treated Non like a friend

Initial Thoughts: A Fake Marriage That’s Already Complicated
I went into Decoding You expecting a fairly standard fake-marriage setup, but the first episode gave me enough unexpected wrinkles that I’m genuinely curious about where it’s going.Non has secretly loved Kit for years, while Kit has always understood their relationship through the lens of family. Then circumstances abruptly turn them from adopted brothers into legal husbands—and the interesting part is that the show doesn’t make Kit’s resistance about being married to a man. His concerns are tied to the trouble surrounding him and his desire to keep Non out of it. Meanwhile, Non knows Kit incredibly well, and every supposedly “fake” part of the marriage means something very different to him.
There are also already a few moments that make Kit’s own feelings considerably less straightforward than he seems to believe, which is probably the piece that has me most interested.
I’m not at “I need the next episode immediately” yet, but episode one absolutely did its job: I want to know what happens next.

Their marriage is a staged act, but he is still jealous... messy alert!!
The story is headed for a really messy turn it seems. Our good looking third-wheel from The Cursed Love, Thakhi, has managed to beat the curse and emerge as the main lead in this one..and looking yummy...but after episode 2, this is starting to feel more like Dec(k)-o-Ding You..BL-needle Score: 7.5. Reasonably high BL-ness
Kit, the good looking, borderline playboy heir of a business empire gets caught in a compromising position with his ex who is currently dating a guy from a powerful family....the guy bloodies him and threatens to further drag this until Kit's adopted younger bro Non, comes forward and claims that Kit and him are fiances .....Kit loves him and hence there is no chances of him loving that ex girl....Kit's Mom goes all out, hosts a wedding, and does everything to make the marriage and partnership happen .....it saves Kit from the guy, but lands him in a fix where he doesn't love Non in a romantic way.....what Kit doesn't know though is that Non, who has been his nong and sparring partner for boxing practice, has always loved and thirsted after him....
Kit wants Non to not speak about their marriage to anyone, embarrassed and also guilt driven that Non had to do to save him..... I'm waiting for the other guy who will take a liking to Non and unleash the jealousy from Kit
The only downside is the confusion between scenes that are fantasy/dream scenes and real ones.... Non is given to day dreaming and fantasy involving Kit and at times its difficult to tell which was the fantasy and which was real, for e.g the kissing once the lights went off at the wedding....even though it is very likely to Non's fantasy, it was not made explicitly clear whether that is the case....and then, if it was not a fantasy, why on earth would Kit kiss him like that!!!
Verdict: Wait for 2 more episodes for an updated review
