Popular Serizawa Acts Weird around Me Episode 7 Reactions
It might just be a filler episode, but it's so beautifully done. Great music, great production, and the story ties into the main so well.

I absolutely loved the flashback in Episode 7. It honestly felt like we were watching Episode 0, a prequel to Episode 1 that finally filled in all the missing pieces. Suddenly, everything makes so much more sense. Seeing everything from Serizawa’s perspective and watching how he fell for Suzuki at first sight was incredibly sweet and adorable. 🥹❤️What made this episode even more emotional was seeing the huge difference between their two groups of friends. Suzuki’s friends mocked him for liking BL and constantly made fun of him for it. You can really see how those experiences damaged his self esteem and slowly pushed him into becoming a loner who was afraid to openly enjoy the things he loved. Then we have Serizawa’s friends, who are the complete opposite. They know he likes BL, they accept him for who he is, and most importantly, they support him without making him feel ashamed. That contrast really hit me because sometimes the people around us can have such a huge impact on how we see ourselves. What a beautiful episode. It was sweet, emotional, meaningful, and gave so much more depth to both characters. Episode 7 made me appreciate their story even more.

Episode 7 finally revealed just how long Serizawa has been in love with Suzuki. Before meeting him, Serizawa had received many confessions but had never understood what it meant to truly like someone. Then he noticed Suzuki happily reading alone in his usual spot in the library and wanted to know everything about him.Learning that Suzuki loved BL novels, Serizawa began reading the same books so they could share that excitement. Even better, he used them as textbooks to become Suzuki’s ideal “seme.”So Serizawa was not simply acting weird around Suzuki—he had been carefully studying how to become the person Suzuki would fall for!His feelings were overflowing throughout this episode. Everyone can see that Serizawa is hopelessly in love, except Suzuki himself. How can Suzuki still not notice? 😂
