“My Boyfriend” Has Become His Favorite Phrase

Watarai and Hioki are now a couple, but being in different classes gives them a new challenge: simply getting through the school day apart.Watarai keeps appearing whenever he has a chance, with “I’m your boyfriend” and “You’re cute” practically becoming his catchphrases. His affection can feel rather possessive—“Don’t talk to anyone” is quite a request! Yet Hioki remains wonderfully natural. He knows Watarai loves him, but seems completely unaware that anyone else might find him attractive. That difference makes their interactions so amusing. Watarai plans precious time together at their study camp, only to discover that their classes have different schedules. Watching him wilt is almost as entertaining as watching him fuss over Hioki. And Tsujiya has exactly the mischievous energy of that one classmate everyone remembers. A fun start to their life as a couple.

am happy this got a 2nd season & that's…

am happy this got a 2nd season & that's saying a lot cause even thought i enjoyed the start of the 1st season, somewhere along the way, i lost interest by the end & watched the special eps just out of curiosity - but it made up for the lack-lusterness of the 1st season. so i remember it fondly & was happy to hear there was gonna be a 2nd season. now fingers crossed this doesn't gone along the same lines & is fun/interesting from start to finish. the other thing/character that made me smile - as i am so freakin happy to see more of him, is Tsujitani (he totally the MVP of this ep IMO & i loved him in the 1st season too & was bummed there wasn't more of him there). *******************************************************************************************regarding the mains, cute as i remembered, even though i wonder what exactly has made Watarai this insecure, his need to be with Hioki 24/7 is unreasonable & his obsessiveness is borderline coo coo.. also i don't really like him saying "cause he's Hioki's bf, he can do whatever he wants with him" that's a very weird statement - just cause u r in a relationship with someone, doesn't mean they own u body & soul - u still gotta ask for consent! --- idk Watarai's too intense & if i was Hioki, i would be running in the other direction, especially at that age - as u don't have the tools or the experience to deal with all those volatile/intense feelings/emotions & i get that Watarai's in the same boat, but as he is the aggressor - i can't empathize with him, as i do with Hioki.

Rarely does the second part or third part…

Rarely does the second part or third part get better than the first part. With that, the threshold of liking the first part, which was somewhat decently done, is lowered. I'm not talking about the acting, but the plot of the series. In the second part, in the first episode, we saw only possessiveness, he can't be without his boyfriend for even half a minute, as if he went to work and not to the toilet. I think it's a total failure, not a bit of romance, but possessiveness, jealousy... it's not a love drama.....
