Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
Actress Lee Chung Ah belatedly revealed that she suffered from a hip injury due to a minor accident.
In the latest YouTube video of Lee Chung Ah, the actress updated the viewers on her current condition.
In the clip, Lee Chung Ah revealed she recently suffered a minor accident that led to an abnormality in her hip joint. As a result, she had to halt her usual four-to-five-day workout routine and couldn't exercise. She explained that she continued filming while wearing shoes on her injured leg, which prevented proper healing and led to a cycle of injury instead of recovery.
Lee Chung Ah reassured her fans and viewers that she focused heavily on her treatment. She revealed that she was visiting up to three clinics (oriental medicine, orthopedic, and rehabilitation) daily and went to the hospital every three days, as her doctor estimated she needed five to seven days to recover.
The actress then confirmed, "Fortunately, I have recovered now." She explained that the closure of hospitals and rehabilitation centers during the Chuseok holiday gave her a period of rest. She then concluded, "I felt a lot when I saw that my condition suddenly improved."
