Koo Kyo Hwan faces off against Shin Seung Ho in 'Reawaken Man: The Red'

Recently, Bai Lu's words and actions in Keep Running sparked debate among Chinese netizens. She is in the news again for winning lawsuits related to protection of her rights.
According to legal information from Tianyancha (a Chinese information platform), Bai Lu (original name Bai Meng Yan) has recently filed multiple lawsuits involving her personality rights and reputation rights disputes. The defendants include several individuals.

Among them, in April 2026, Ma was ordered to publicly issue an apology to the plaintiff Bai Meng Yan and to pay a total of 10,000 yuan (approx. $1500), including compensation for mental distress and reasonable expenses for rights protection. After this judgment took effect, the defendant Ma failed to fulfill his obligation to apologize, and Bai Meng Yan (Bai Lu) applied for compulsory enforcement.
In January 2026, Xie and Kang also apologized to the actress. Xie uploaded insulting and defamatory posts against Bai Lu on Weibo, and also maliciously edited her photos. The Weibo posts in question were all irresponsible and false statements made by Xie. Kang, as Xie's guardian, was said to have failed to properly supervise Xie and jointly bore liability with Xie for such inappropriate statements. Xie and Kang offered apologies to Bai Lu.

Going further back, in December 2025, Bai Lu filed a defamation lawsuit against an individual surnamed Hua, and the case had already gone to trial at the Dongyang People's Court.
