
Choi Hyun Wook is in talks to be one of the leads of the upcoming K-drama Delusion.
On April 10, media outlets revealed that Choi Hyun Wook got the offer to star in Delusion alongside Kim Seon Ho and Bae Suzy.
This will possibly be Choi Hyun Wook's second upcoming K-drama. This will also possibly be his follow-up work after his K-drama My Dearest Nemesis with Mun Ka Young, Im Se Mi, Kwak Shi Yang, Ban Hyo Jung, and Kim Young Ah.
Choi Hyun Wook will also star in the upcoming Netflix original K-drama The Boy in the Last Row. He will join hands with renowned actors Choi Min Shik and Moon So Ri.
Choi Hyun Wook made his acting debut in 2019. He is known for being part of the K-dramas High Cookie, Twinkling Watermelon, D.P. Season 2, Weak Hero Class 1, Twenty-Five Twenty-One, Racket Boys, and more.
Delusion revolves around a poor painter who was commissioned to draw a vampire woman in the background of Gyeongseong in 1935. The story will be based on a webtoon of the same name by Hongjacga that was serialized on Naver in 2019.
Kim Seon Ho will give life to the role of Yoon Yi Ho, a painter, while Bae Suzy is set to portray Song Jeong Hwa, a captivating vampire.
Choi Hyun Wook has also reportedly received an offer to be one of the main leads in the upcoming K-drama.
The new K-drama will be helmed by director Han Jae Rim, who also created the works Face Reader, Emergency Declaration, The King, and the Netflix original K-drama The 8 Show.
Delusion will reportedly premiere in 2026. It will exclusively air on Disney+.
