Wang Yi Bo receives court-ordered apology from Weibo user over insulting remarks
Actress Go Min Si has been cast in Moral Family (working title).

On January 13, the actress's agency, Mystic Story, stated to iMBC Entertainment, "It is true that Go Min Si will star in Moral Family."
This marks one year since Go Min Si last came on the big screen in the independent movie The World of Love, which was released last year and received immense acclaim. In The World of Love, Go played Han Mi Do, a senior at the Taekwondo studio of the protagonist (Seo Su Bin). The K-movie won numerous accolades, including Best Film at the 12th Korean Film Producers Association Awards and Best Director at the 29th Chunsa Film Art Awards.
The next project chosen by Go Min Si, Moral Family, is a story of four siblings, each with their own personality, style, and secrets. Go Min Si is reported to have been offered the role of the eldest daughter among the four siblings. Filming is currently scheduled to begin soon.
Moral Family is based on the 2014 play of the same name. It was produced by the theater company Nabe, headed by Kim Sun Young, and during its third run, Jung Woo Sung funded the entire production budget. The film adaptation of Moral Family will be directed by Lee Seung Won.
Meanwhile, last year, Go Min Si became embroiled in controversy over allegations of involvement in school violence. A person, identified only as "A", who claimed to be a former classmate of Go Min Si, alleged that Go Min Si had committed school violence, extortion, verbal abuse, and mocked and threatened students with disabilities.
In response, Go Min Si's agency denied the claims, stating, "The claims are clearly false and groundless." Go Min Si herself emphasized, "I am fully aware, better than anyone, that I was a student who spent my school years immaturely, enjoying mischief. However, there is absolutely no reason for me to bear false accusations simply because my past was imperfect. What is clearly not true is not true. I firmly assert that I have never engaged in school violence."
