From the U.S. to Taiwan, 'Weak Hero' takes over Netflix worldwide upon Season 2's release
ENA unveils a teaser from Tastefully Yours.
Tastefully Yours follows Han Beom Woo (Kang Ha Neul), a conglomerate heir who aims to inherit Korea's top food company, and Mo Yeon Joo (Go Min Si), a stubborn chef running a one-table restaurant without a signboard in Jeonju.
The teaser begins with Han Beom Woo getting impressed with Mo Yeon Joo's cooking skills as she skillfully chops and garnishes food — a work of art.
The following scene shows him as a chaebol heir in sunglasses and a suit, handing Mo Yeon Joo his business card and smugly saying, "This is who I am," with an air of arrogance. He proposes a deal to her to get her recipes. However, Mo Yeon Joo remains unfazed with her firm resolve and commanding presence, making it loud and clear that she's not among those easily swayed by money.
She says, "If you're going to work here yourself, I might consider it."
Han Beom Woo initially denies, but ultimately gives in to Yeon Joo's demand out of desperation to get her secret recipes. Working with Yeon Joo, he also teams up with Shin Choon Seung (Yoo Soo Bin), the heir to a gukbap restaurant, and Jin Myeong Sook (Kim Shin Rok), an ace with 15 years of experience working at a popular gukbap restaurant.
Alien to the life of a restaurant employee and away from the luxuries of a chaebol heir, will Han Beom Woo survive the challenge and succeed in obtaining Mo Yeon Joo's secret recipes?
Tastefully Yours will premiere on May 12. The K-drama will be available on Netflix. Watch the teaser here.
