Kim Hye Yoon is taking on her first lawyer role with Good Partner Season 2.
SBS's upcoming Friday-Saturday drama Good Partner Season 2 released character stills on October 28 featuring Kang Hye Sung (Kim Hye Yoon), an experienced lawyer armed with passion and determination to win her cases.
Good Partner Season 2 follows Cha Eun Kyung (Jang Na Ra), a senior lawyer who is naturally suited to divorce cases, and Kang Hye Sung (Kim Hye Yoon), an experienced lawyer who is deeply committed to divorce cases, as they become each other's good partners.
Kim Hye Yoon plays Kang Hye Sung, an experienced lawyer who is more passionate about divorce cases than anyone. As she works to become a well-known divorce specialist, she finds herself going head-to-head with the "legendary" Cha Eun Kyung in a heated divorce case from their very first meeting.
The stills show Kang Hye Sung working as a lawyer in the local community. Her bright, sharp eyes and resolute expression convey her determination and passion.
It remains to be seen how Kang Hye Sung, who has established a solid reputation in the local community by resolving numerous civil and criminal cases, will become entangled with Cha Eun Kyung.
Kim Hye Yoon shared her thoughts on joining the second season, saying, "It is an honor to be part of such a great project. Since my character is being newly introduced, I am very excited and looking forward to seeing how viewers will respond."
Explaining why she chose the project, she expressed, "I have never played a professional in a specialized field before, so I chose this project because I wanted to show a new side of myself through this opportunity."
Describing her character, Kang Hye Sung, Kim said, "She is someone who has wounds and pain but grows after meeting a good partner," adding, "Her passion for wanting to do well sometimes does not suit the situation, and she makes mistakes, but she is someone who overcomes them and grows."
She continued, "I worked hard to bring out her passionate and proactive nature, as well as how she strives to do her best in everything. Above all, Hye Sung's 'sparkling eyes' are her defining charm point."
Good Partner Season 2 is coming November 20.
