New psychological thriller 'Hunter with a Scalpel' announces release date and global OTT
tvN's highly anticipated medical drama Resident Playbook is finally gracing the small screen next month.
Hospital Playlist spinoff, Resident Playbook is a drama about doctors working at Yulje Hospital. It revolves around their hospital lives and friendship.
The first teaser and poster have been revealed, offering a glimpse into the lives of four first-year residents in Obstetrics and Gynecology: Oh Yi Young (Go Youn Jung), Pyo Nam Kyung (Shin Shi Ah), Um Jae Il (Kang Yoo Seok), and Kim Sa Bi (Han Ye Ji).
The teaser begins with giving a glimpse of the beloved Yulje Doctors from the original Hospital Playlist series, featuring familiar faces like Jo Jung Suk, Jeon Mi Do, Jung Kyung Ho, Yoo Yeon Seok, and Kim Dae Myung, along with the text, "Thank you to everyone who waited for us until now."
The following title card states, "The journey of those who will one day become wise begins now." In a lighthearted moment, a doctor searches for Oh Yi Young among the first-year Obstetrics and Gynecology residents. Other residents shake their heads, denying knowing her whereabouts, but she is later revealed to be hiding behind the door.
