Good Partner Season 2 has unveiled fresh stills featuring Jang Na Ra returning as a divorce lawyer.
Good Partner Season 2 follows Cha Eun Kyung (Jang Na Ra), a senior lawyer who is naturally suited to divorce cases, and Kang Hye Sung (Kim Hye Yoon), an experienced lawyer who is deeply committed to divorce cases, as they become each other's good partners.
The stills capture Cha Eun Kyung as the managing attorney of REBOM, a divorce-specialized law firm with 50 employees, all of which she built in just three years. She has also been named "Woman of the Year".
At the same time, even in front of a nameplate bearing the title "Managing Attorney", she exudes the sharp aura of a workaholic veteran as she prepares to argue a case in court.
Jang Na Ra shared her thoughts, saying, "I was grateful to have the opportunity to work on a drama that is getting a second season." She continued, "It was a truly unique experience to meet viewers again as the same character. There are many adventurous aspects to Cha Eun Kyung as a character, so I also felt a sense of caution when taking on the role again."
When asked about Cha Eun Kyung's changes, Jang Na Ra identified "empathy" as a key aspect. "I think that after establishing the law firm REBOM, she has become more deeply empathetic toward her clients. REBOM itself will be Cha Eun Kyung," she said. She added, "I tried to let go of the pressure and ambition associated with the previous season as much as possible. I also tried to put myself at ease so that viewers could watch the drama comfortably."
Good Partner Season 2 is coming November 20.
