Ji Chang Wook is set to star in a new variety show in the Philippines.

On October 27, media outlets reported that Ji Chang Wook has been cast as one of the members of the Philippine variety show titled "Kumusta." The Philippine broadcast channel TV5 will produce the entertainment program, with filming to be held in South Korea. It was also revealed that Ji Chang Wook will star alongside famous Filipino celebrities and renowned chefs in the program.

The variety show "Kumusta" will feature Ji Chang Wook and Filipino celebrities running a pop-up Filipino restaurant in Seoul's Gangnam district. The stars will serve authentic Filipino cuisine and signature dishes, including sisig, inasal, and kare-kare. This follows recent social media posts confirming Ji Chang Wook was spotted in Korea alongside the Filipino cast.

Reports stated that Ji Chang Wook played a key role in the show, helping the unfamiliar Filipino celebrities open the restaurant and quickly adapt to Korea. The show is expected to connect with customers through his unique charm and will feature exclusive content and interactions not previously seen on television.

Meanwhile, Ji Chang Wook will first greet viewers next week in the upcoming Disney+ K-drama The Manipulated. He will work alongside EXO's Doh Kyung Soo, Lee Kwang Soo, Jo Yoon Soo, Yang Dong Geun, and Jung Heon. The K-drama will premiere on November 5.

He will also star in the upcoming movie  Colony with Jun Ji Hyun, Koo Kyo Hwan, Kim Shin Rok, Shin Hyun Been, and Go Soo, which will reportedly premiere next year.

Ji Chang Wook will also reportedly star alongside Jun Ji Hyun in the upcoming fantasy K-drama titled Human X Gumiho.
