Actor Jin Seon Kyu will reunite with 2PM's Lee Jun Ho in weekend tvN K-drama Typhoon Boss.
On February 21, it was officially confirmed that Jin Seon Kyu will make a special cameo appearance once again in Lee Jun Ho's K-drama. The actor will be in one of the episodes of the upcoming K-drama Typhoon Boss.
This is the second time that Jin Seon Kyu will work with Lee Jun Ho. In 2023, he also became a scene stealer with his special cameo appearance in the hit K-drama King the Land. He appeared in the fourth episode.
Before Jin Seon Kyu joins Typhoon Boss, the actor will first make a special cameo appearance in the ongoing K-drama The Witch which is led by GOT7's Park Jin Young, Roh Jeong Eui, Lim Jae Hyeok, Jang Hee Ryung, Jang Hye Jin, and Ahn Nae Sang.
Jin Seon Kyu will also star in the upcoming K-dramas Aema, The Price of Confession, and Bargain Season 2.
The actor is known for being part of the hit works The Uncanny Counter Season 2: Counter Punch, Revenant, Bargain, Through the Darkness, Kingdom, Alienoid: Return to the Future, Confidential Assignment 2: International, Extreme Job, and more.
Typhoon Boss is set during the 1997 IMF crisis. Itwill showcase the struggles of Typhoon Company and their employees. The K-drama will reveal the struggles and growth of Kang Tae Poong, the CEO of Typhoon Company.
The upcoming K-drama will be the next work of director Lee Na Jung who also created the K-dramas Fight for My Way, See You in My 19th Life, Mine, Love Alarm, Oh My Venus, and The Innocent Man. The script will be written by rookie writer Jang Hyun.
There's still no details yet on the character that will be portrayed by Jin Seon Kyu.
Typhoon Boss will air in the second half of 2025. It will exclusively air on tvN and will have a total of 16 episodes.
