Kim Min Ha struggles to adapt to life in Seoul in 'Hana Korea'
Script reading stills and premiere date for Kang Min Ah and Kim Myung Soo's new drama Sympathetic Cells have been unveiled.
Sympathetic Cells is a rom-com that follows a woman who rejects empathy and a man who has to embrace it. Through a surreal phenomenon, they begin to feel each other's emotions and embark on a transformative journey.
Present at the script reading were director Kim Chil Bong and writer Jung Yeon, along with Kim Myung Soo, aka L, (as Cha Eun Hwan), Kang Min Ah (as Yoo Ji An), Kwon So Hyun (as Han Yi Jin), Cha Min Ji (as Cha Song Hwan), Shin Woo Gyum (as Dong Kyung), Kang Pil Jun (as Do Hoon), Kim Da Hye (as Hyun Ji), Ok Yoon Joong (as Chief Kim), Jang Sung Won (as Mr. Lee), Kim Yi Hyun (as Lee Young Ji), and Park Chae Won (as Shin Mi Jung).
Kim Myung Soo plays Cha Eun Hwan, a renowned psychological counseling expert. The actor gave a nuanced performance of the character's bright, warm personality and also the deep emotional wounds he carries.
Kang Min Ah comes as Yoo Ji An, a former girl-group member turned actress.
Sympathetic Cells is coming July 4.
