Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
The joint film of HYBE America and Paramount Pictures has confirmed its cast lineup.
It was recently confirmed that actors Kang So Ra, Sung Joon, Yoo Ji Tae, Eric Nam, MOMOLAND's Lee Ah In, Lee Hyong Chol, Renata Vaca, Silia Kapsis, Aliyah Turner, Kim Shana, Ji Young Yoo, Tony Revolori, Gia Kim, and Park Jubi will work together for the upcoming K-pop film. The movie has also began filming in Seoul last September 21.
This K-pop film follows a Korean-American woman on her journey to become a member of the next big K-pop girl group. Despite her family's opposition, she decides to join an audition program to pursue her dreams.
The movie will reportedly premiere on February 12, 2027, and according to reports, the entire film will be shot in South Korea, marking the first time a major Hollywood studio has filmed a full production exclusively in the country.
Filming will begin in Seoul and then move to several locations, including Incheon, Gimpo, Paju, and Gapyeong in Gyeonggi Province.
The upcoming film will be the joint work of director Benson Lee, who also created the movie Seoul Searching starring Cha In Pyo, and the script will be written by Eileen Shim, who co-wrote the Disney+ original series Star Wars: The Acolyte.

This will be the grand comeback of Kang So Ra, who went on a hiatus from acting after giving birth in 2023. It also serves as her follow-up film to the 2020 movie Secret Zoo with Ahn Jae Hong, Park Young Gyu, Kim Sung Oh, Jeon Yeo Been, and Park Hyuk Kwon.
Meanwhile, this film will be the follow-up work of Sung Joon after starring in the 2024 K-drama The Fiery Priest Season 2 with Kim Nam Gil, Lee Ha Nee, Kim Sung Kyun, Seo Hyeon Woo, and BIBI.
This year, Sung Joon also made a cameo appearance in the series The Scandal of Chun Hwa.
