Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
Actress Kim Soo Jin has confirmed her second upcoming K-drama.
On September 1, it was officially confirmed that Kim Soo Jin will be Chun Woo Hee's mother in the upcoming JTBC K-drama My Youth.
This will be her second project for 2025. Earlier this year, she also starred in the MBC K-drama Undercover High School with Seo Kang Jun, Jin Ki Joo, Kim Shin Rok, Jeon Bae Soo, Jo Bok Rae, and Yoon Ga Yi.
Kim Soo Jin started her career in 2002 through the film Jungle Juice. Since then, she has been active both in films and K-dramas.
Last year, Kim Soo Jin was booked and busy. She starred in the K-dramas Wedding Impossible, Chief Detective 1958, The Auditors, and Mr. Plankton. She also made a special appearance in the hit film The Roundup: Punishment, led by Ma Dong Seok, Kim Mu Yeol, Lee Dong Hwi, Park Ji Hwan, Lee Bum Soo, Kim Min Jae, and more.

My Youth will reveal the romantic journey of two individuals who once stood by each other in difficult times. After ten years, their paths cross again, leading to a fresh start and new love.
The upcoming K-drama will be led by Song Joong Ki, Chun Woo Hee, Lee Joo Myung, Seo Ji Hoon, Lee Bong Ryun, Jin Kyung, and Jo Han Chul.
In the series, Kim Soo Jin will portray Su Jin, the mother of Seong Je Yeon (played by Chun Woo Hee). As a management team leader, she will be her daughter's most reliable supporter and will also portray a realistic depiction of motherhood.
My Youth will be the joint work of director Lee Sang Yeob (Yumi's Cells and Familiar Wife) and writer Park Shi Hyun (Run On).
The upcoming K-drama will begin airing on September 5 at 8:50 PM KST. It will exclusively premiere on JTBC and the streaming platform, Viki.
