Reawaken Man: The Red has unveiled a new teaser.
Reawaken Man: The Red follows job seeker Seok Hwan (Koo Kyo Hwan), whose only qualification is his unfounded confidence. After dying, he discovers he has the ability to resurrect 72 hours later. Following his discovery, he finds himself caught in a mysterious pursuit.
Koo Kyo Hwan, Shin Seung Ho, Kang Ki Young, Kim Si A, and Kim Sung Ryung star in the film.
The teaser centers on Seok Hwan, who transforms from an ordinary job seeker into a fighter who grows stronger each time he dies. It also highlights the characters' relationships, each with distinct appeal, including Black (Shin Seung Ho), who pursues Seok Hwan; Young Ha (Kang Ki Young), his only friend; and Ye Rin (Kim Si Ah), his dependable younger sister.
Seok Hwan, who struggles even to pass job interviews, discovers his extraordinary ability to die and come back to life. With each successive death, not only does his hair turn red, but he also begins to demonstrate increasingly formidable strength, becoming powerful enough to send an opponent flying with a single punch.
Meanwhile, the mysterious Black begins pursuing Seok Hwan, creating suspense and foreshadowing a fiery chase between them.
Young Ha, Seok Hwan's only friend who never holds back from hitting him with blunt facts, learns about Seok Hwan's resurrection ability and gets caught up in a dangerously chaotic incident while trying to help him, bringing a lively and humorous energy to the film.
In a car-chase scene, Young Ha insists on driving safely because he is behind the wheel of a company car. However, after the vehicle is damaged, he goes on a rampage, and Seok Hwan tries to stop him.
Seok Hwan's dependable younger sister, Ye Rin, completes the siblings' chemistry as she constantly butts heads with her older brother while showing that she worries about and helps him more than anyone else in moments of crisis. Scenes like Ye Rin conducting a mock interview and the siblings bickering over how much water to put in their ramen are expected to create a relatable, entertaining experience for audiences.
