
Lee Soo Hyuk and Seo Kang Joon will reportedly join BLACKPINK Kim Ji Soo and Seo In Guk's new K-dram
Actors Lee Soo Hyuk and Seo Kang Joon are reportedly appearing in the upcoming K-drama Boyfriend on Demand.
On March 6, media outlets revealed that Lee Soo Hyuk and Seo Kang Joon will make a special cameo appearance in the upcoming fantasy K-drama Boyfriend on Demand.
Lee Soo Hyuk and Seo Kang Joon will possibly be in one scene with confirmed main leads BLACKPINK Kim Ji Soo and Seo In Guk.
The agencies of Lee Soo Hyuk and Seo Kang Joon haven't responded to the cameo appearance reports yet.
Boyfriend on Demand follows the lives of people who form connections with virtual boyfriends after subscribing to a service. The K-drama focuses on webtoon producer Seo Mi Rae, who tries to find love through a virtual dating simulation called Monthly Boyfriend.
Aside from Kim Ji Soo and Seo In Guk, Ryu Abel, Park Ji Ho, Kang Min Woo, and Song Ha Na will play supporting roles in K-drama.
This will be the next work of director Kim Jung Shik, who also created the K-dramas No Gain, No Love, Strong Girl Namsoon, and Work Later, Drink Now. The script will be penned by Namgong Do Young.
Boyfriend on Demand will exclusively premiere on the global streaming platform, Netflix. It will have a total of 10 episodes.
Before Lee Soo Hyuk appears on Boyfriend on Demand, the trending actor will first lead the thriller mystery series S Line with Lee Da Hee, A Rin, Lee Kwang Hee, Lee Han Ju, and Lee Eun Saem. He will also return to the big screen with upcoming films Sister and Lost.
If Lee Soo Hyuk decides to make an appearance in Boyfriend on Demand, this will be his reunion with Seo In Guk. The two previously worked together in the 2021 film Pipeline.
On the other hand, Seo Kang Joon is currently starring in the action rom-com K-drama Undercover High School. He stars alongside Jin Ki Joo, Kim Shin Rok, Jeon Bae Soo, Jo Bok Rae, and Yoon Ga Yi.
