
Park Bo Gum will reportedly work with renowned director Kim Han Min.
On March 21, media outlets reported that Park Bo Gum will be the main lead of the upcoming film Knife, the Sword of the Innocence (literal translation).
Park Bo Gum's agency The Black Label responded to the casting reports. According to them, "Park Bo Gum received the offer to star in the new film and the actor is currently reviewing it."
Knife, the Sword of the Innocence will tell the story of a warrior set in the Goguryeo period.
This will be the next project of renowned director Kim Han Min. He is known for creating the films Roaring Currents: The Road of the Admiral, Noryang: Deadly Sea, Hansan: Rising Dragon, The Battle: Roar to Victory, and more.
The filming and release date of the upcoming film is still undecided.
This upcoming film will possibly be Park Bo Gum's follow-up movie after Wonderland with Tang Wei, miss A's Bae Suzy, Jung Yu Mi, Choi Woo Shik, and Nina Paw.
Park Bo Gum is currently starring in the hit Netflix series When Life Gives You Tangerines alongside IU, Moon So Ri, Park Hae Joon, Kim Tae Yeon, Lee Chun Moo, and more.
He will also join the upcoming JTBC K-drama Good Boy.
Park Bo Gum recently kicked off his KBS music entertainment show The Seasons Season 7: Park Bo Gum's Cantabile. He also reunited with Love in the Moonlight co-stars Kim You Jung, Jung Jin Young, and Kwak Dong Yeon in the program.
