Lee Jun Young to make a special appearance in Jung Sung Il, Park Ji Hyun's upcoming K-movie
Actress Park Eun Bin's Cosmopolitan pictorial has been released.
The shoot captured the quirky and bright energy of her character Eun Chae Ni from the Netflix series The WONDERfools.
Set in 1999, an era gripped by fears of apocalypse, The WONDERfools tells the story of a group of goofy townies who, after an unexpected incident, acquire superpowers and take on villains threatening the peace of Haeseong City.
In the interview that followed the shoot, Park Eun Bin shared, "Since I'm someone who is mostly seen through video, there are many times when [I find] my appearance in pics awkward." She added, "In those moments, it's actually easier to approach it [through] a character. Today, I brought out Chae Ni's quirky side for the shoot."

Park Eun Bin also expressed her affection for The WONDERfools, which, following its release, climbed to No. 1 on Netflix Korea and is No. 6 on the global rankings.
Speaking about her character Eun Chae Ni, she said, "You could describe her as a child who can't travel because of a heart condition, but in the end, I thought she was a character who could represent many people."
She continued, "I liked the message that these characters are not nobodies — they simply haven't done anything and are individuals living [while carrying] meaning in each of their respective lives."
As an actress who has continuously taken on new roles throughout her career, Park Eun Bin also shared her thoughts on change.
She said, "When I was younger, I used to see change as something unstable, but now I've come to believe that you have to change to move forward." She added, "Playing various characters has become a joy because I get to discover sides of myself that even I didn’t know existed."

She also shared, "Thankfully, the viewers and fans have also loved the projects that I personally felt drawn to until now. I'm grateful that people seem to have recognized the path I believed was right."
She also spoke about the meaning that The WONDERfools and the character Eun Chae Ni left with her, saying, "I think those who liked Song Ji Won from the drama Hello, My Twenties! will also like this character." She added, "I hope Chae Ni can fill the longing [people may still have] for Ji Won."
More of Park Eun Bin's pictorial and interview can be found in the June issue of Cosmopolitan and on its official website.
