Park You Na becomes the main lead of the K-drama 'Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work'

Park You Na is confirmed to star as the main lead of the upcoming K-drama Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work. 

On August 1, it was officially confirmed that Park You Na is confirmed for her third upcoming K-drama. She will lead the upcoming TVING short original series Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work. 

According to reports, Park You Na will work alongside Park Hae In and Sung Ian. 

 Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work is a suspenseful revenge K-drama that tells the story of a school violence victim who has become a famous drama writer. Her chance for revenge arises when she meets her former bully again and casts him as a lead actor.

The upcoming K-drama will be the joint work of director Jung Jong Hoon and writer Jung Hee Yoon.

 Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work will premiere on August 4, airing exclusively on TVING's mobile app. The K-drama is notable for being TVING's first-ever short-form series. 

In the upcoming K-drama, Park You Na will portray the role of Kang Seo Yeon. She is a faceless, famous writer who uses a pen name. Her story begins when she encounters the person who bullied her in school during the casting process for her new project.

Aside from Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work, Park You Na will also star in the upcoming series Spirit Fingers with Park Ji Hu, Cho Jun Young, Choi Bo Min, Cha Woo Min, and Kwon So Hyun. She will also be one of the main leads of the upcoming Disney+ original K-drama It’s You, Out of the Blue with CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa, Hong Seung Hee, Lee Yi Kyung, and Han Chae Ah.
