why r u on Viki?

can someone help me here? I am in France and thai version of Why r U vanished from Viki.

with different attempts, I found a Viki page saying that it is not visible in my country. I tried different VPN but no change... if someone can tell me in which country it is visible on Viki?

Or another channel?
