There is an entire episode dedicated to him trying to kill her...her hostility is well founded I'd say. Also she only read abit of the script, mainly her part and not everything. It makes sense she doesnt know everything. Also there apparently are many parts that where not fleshed out in the skript and leave room for unforseen developments and events...so far it makes sense

you know when i write something mostly people get wrong idea what i want to say and now i think it because when i write i got full of emotion that i myself don't know what i am writing, ok lets leave it

what i am really don't get is why fl don't know any details of the ml past that happen i mean we show many glimps in show that there is something wrong with what people really know about the mc the think of him as god of dead but we as viewverse know that because he act out to much in bravery when in battle field and come out victorious (I think I am exaggerating too much). but as a script reader female lead who know many things about ml past how can see don't know where things go wrong that what make me confuse and sometime it as maybe poor storytelling or just has a very good reason for it in upcoming episode, and how see totally biased about 2nd male lead chu ........(don't remember name) that he is to good { i am sure you also noticed it too that even 2nd male lead is not a good person as see describe him} , so that make it frustrating even it just a show when write i think about those think and that totally make all those talk.

but still we all has over view so i don't know what to say more ..................... if you read till here do tell me what you think about ep 8 ( i want to know the point of view, if you do tell please write the genuine one what you really think ).

I think it comes down to point of view of the characters. I understood that the sript is very vague basically contains only all the rumors and surface level info on what ML does but not the inner workings. Some of his motivations are  known but apparently not all. This is clear since the ML has a personality and will outside of what is written. Why else would he fight about it. I think his character will also fight against his predestined crappy fate as well as the set wrong preconseptions on him. If I understood the script correctly it ends witbout ever revealing he was not bad. I also never misunderstood that you want everone to love the ML. But I understood that you think  plots are clicheed and the FL is not attentive enough to notice the signs that everything is not as it seems. And I kind of agree...but from her point of view it makes sense that she is biased and views things with a distoreted lense. It happens all the time that people are blinded by wrong preconceptions and then interpret everything they see falsely but according to their set expectation. I hope my thoughts make sense to you. I think she will have to wake up from her bias soon. So far I dont think she knows he has agency like her but rather thinks he is a mindless puppet that acts acording to the one dimensional bad description of him in the script.  The fact he tries to kill her all the time doesnt help either

Episode 8 really brought out the grayness in both the ML and the 2nd ML. The ML is softening up a bit, but still carrying that darker side. The 2nd ML becoming more cunning is also a nice twist — it’s like they’re both becoming more human and less predictable, which makes things even more compelling.

And I loved the J.S. Bach BGM — it gave those moments an extra emotional punch.

The ML’s line at the end, '你这么翻脸，比翻书还快,' was hilarious and savage at the same time. The translation of 'You’re a fickle woman' doesn't quite capture how sarcastic and sharp the original is, though. The metaphor about 'flipping through a book' adds a lot more flavor to it!

over base line is diffrent my first langunage is not english or chinese, japnese, taiwan any other east asian country i don't get most of the thing what i really get is the story i only know english that how i watch this drama throw eng sub and most of the time things slipp and i don't even know how you see this 8 episode with music and metaphor ,i can't think of these things you even see my english is not as proficiant it just manageable what is really focus on is story becouse thats what i understand what depth you are using is i can't see so maybe that what make us totally in diffrent light so over though also are diffrent if i ask you your favorite genre it must be romance or something releted to this not sure just assuming and mine is totally diffrent . i see your mdl list and see most of the drama are chinese  or other you have watched but did not mention them on mdl , but i watch whatever good production give and on high rating  i watch korean japnese and chinese hollywood, tollywoood , bollywood (if good) so

so i don't know what i am saying just keep writing explaining my self (don't know why)
but you are right this show is the best i did not watched any 2nd male lead then this chu..........(don't remeber name agian ). but you know i steel hate this charter somehow (not the actor but charcter writing this so no misunderstanding ) and i already said i focus on story not who they going to end up with even fm leads maid are beautifull if mc end up with them i still fine by me and if he stay single that would also be okay. what i want is a good story for real 😊😊😊😊😊
