LYF and Other References in FILTER

Fanservice or Fun?  

Since Tong Hua wrote both Lost You Forever and Filter, and both dramas are produced by Star Lotus, there are plenty of references and connections.

There are also other references and allusions to a variety of media that viewers have found.  Part of my enjoyment of the drama is finding or learning about these.  Please share any you find (or repost your comment).

Isn't it?  IIRC, it is actually from Tencent.  I though they were just playing off the success of XL, but it turns out it was actually part of the drama!

I love the references! It's like finding easter eggs in the drama, and I get excited seeing things which are associated with LYF :D I don't have a photo but if I'm not mistaken, Maoqiu (Xiangliu's pet birb) makes an appearance in episode 21 when Lin Yuan was carrying an armful of stuffed toys. Two round plushies dropped from her hands and that's Maoqiu! ( ´▽｀)

Yes and before i forget, todays epi24 at 14 mins +. Hes also one of the prizes at the booth LY was browsing. Wrapped in plastic.

edit: guys i've been too deep into filter that now i'm kinda struggling to figure out whether it's a LYF bgm or filter lmaoo 😭 it doesn't help that their bgms sound similar and i believe the composer is the same (董冬冬 dong dong dong)

So far, Maoqiu plushie has appeared on SQL's room floor in epi 1, falling to the ground when LY is grabbing a bunch of toys and as a carnival game prize.
