• Not gonna lie, this drama is a chore to finish. Watched this solely for Cheng Yi and while he delivered (as usual), the storyline is draggy and the script is urgh. And the English dubbing is absolutely terrible!

Watch a wuxia drama

• If Cheng Lei is the Bath God of Hengdian, then Cheng Yi is definitely the Wuxia God because his fight scenes are amazingly beautiful◝(ᵔᵕᵔ)◜Wonderfully smooth and slick, this drama is definitely a must for wuxia enthusiasts

• As a fair warning, everyone should know that this is a Cheng Yi drama, hence please prepare yourself for the outcome

Watch a xianxia drama

• This drama suffers major cuts due to production going bankrupt, investors withdrawing their capital, etc... (˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ ) Hence some of the major fight scenes with cgi has been taken out from post production

• Despite the challenges and shortcomings, I really, really love this drama. Kudos to the styling team for Zhang Linghe coz they've leveled up as this is the BEST he's looked so far

Watch a republican drama

• The bromance is the best thing to have happened in this series! The two male leads have much better chemistry, compared to the romance between ML and FL

• Ending is what in the samhill coz it feels like it's being cut halfway

• Also, FL is the bane of my existence coz I honestly can't with her character

• Drama starts out really good, and then took a nosedive somewhere in the middle. Ending is mediocre

• While watching this, I do question myself as to what constitute as a justifiable defense case. It's a gripping story with character driven plot. I've never enjoyed law dramas before but this is good~

• Being a fan of the DMBJ series, I have to say this drama takes the cake for explaining alot of the many questions that were left unanswered in the other dramas 

• I've never shed tears watching this series but I have to admit that some parts got me crying T__T

Watch a supernatural Chinese drama

• Petition to let Xu Zhenxuan play Wuxie in all upcoming DMBJ adaptations/remakes. He's capturing the Wuxie essence nicely! (Update: HE IS PLAYING WUXIE in all the upcoming DMBJ adaptations!! They'll retain the same actors to play the Iron Triangle)

• Possibly the best adaptation of the DMBJ series. Also, am glad that they're keeping the cast for the upcoming Lost Tomb dramas!

Watch a thriller Chinese drama

• This drama got me hooked right from the very start. While I understand many don't like the ending, I find it reasonable. The only thing that got me going wth is that dramatic scene on the boat. That got me laughing XD

• Jing Boran lives as his character, Fei Ke. Nobody can do Fei Ke like Jing Boran
