"Devil Beside You" did well and the fans were charmed by Mike He (hehe), that's why they took the exact same story and changed the plot slightly - but just slightly. And it worked, the fans were blinded by Mike and everyone was happy apart from the ones expecting a story with a little, just a little plot refreshment.
But I enjoyed the title melody (by Kingone Wang). (Video contains no major spoilers, just showing the actors doing a couple of things, such as proving that wash machines are no-go in dramaland. Oh there's Mike He.<3)
My first and only Tw drama (that I didnt even finish)
Because they were putting "why why love" image and replay'ing the last 5seconds every 5minutes I just could'nt take it anymore :p (don't know if you know what I mean)

I know what you mean T-dramas are a struggle for me as well I dont think I can bear to watch another one especially one where the lead girl is supposed to be funny/cute & runs around like a hyperactive idiot....

LOL...Rainie Yang is one of those.

I really hate how the protagonist of this drama, or taiwanase dramas develop because they are to clingy or whiny for my style:-D
Rainy Yang is one of those.....I tried watching this drama but gave up from the second episode:-(
Maybe I'll try watching it again sometime<3

I would suggest Corner With Love. No clingy-ness there, quite the opposite in fact. The female protagonist is very prideful and so is the male protagonist. They butt heads a lot and it's quite hilarious. :)

haha If you ever do give the comedies a try again, I would recommend trying CWL. It's not got an overly-cutesy-acting lead that I've heard other T dramas have, and it was quite funny.

Same here. Melodramas or tragic are usually very well done, with in-depth view inside the characters story and development, but Tw humour is definitely not in my chords, unless it's accidental. I guess it's a simple cultural gap, since comic is the most difficult genre to convey to others - everybody on the planet cries in the same way, but laughs differently.
I can very well imagine myself appreciating Rainie Yang if I ever saw her in a melodrama. :)
