I could be wrong, but for me the last actress is Yang Me..
I don't have much experience with chinese dramas or chinese actors and actresses.
I tried to search them on google "search by photo" and i didn't succeed.
I also asked in Reddit and Facebook and no reply yet.

i think the video is made of a compilation of scenes from dramas because before the scenes with yang mi and li yi feng, i saw a scene with someone who looks like zheng kai and another actress, and they didnt star in the same movie as yang mi and li yi feng. it looks like it could be this drama https://kisskh.at/23617-long-time-no-see

The first ~9 seconds of the video is zheng kai and another actress (not sure who she is), and then the last ~4 seconds of the video is li yi feng and yang mi, so the last actress at the end of the video you are curious about should be yang mi.
