Suggestion: How about we reshuffle the teams. And then add a new rule!

Something like this maybe--

If someone on add team had typed "550"

Then someone from sub team would reply "548" like normally

Now, the change is, if another sub team player comes (consecutively), then likewise the number will again -2 more (consecutively)

In short, for example:

Add team player1: 550

Sub team player2: 548 (-2)

Sub team player3: 544 (-4)

and keeps decreasing if another new sub team player comes (for ex: sub team player4 will do 544-6 next!). It will reset back to +/-2 once the opposing player comes again)

So it goes this way: if the same team player comes consecutively in a row, then the number will also increase/decrease consecutively in a row! A bit more to think about in this but would be interesting? What do you all think?

Thank you 143 twice. It's a brilliant idea. If  everyone is okay, we can execute this procedure in the upcoming game.

How about shuffling players? Should I shuffle after every game or keep it as it is?

I do not think there is need for the shuffling of the members in the team, as earlier I had suggested for the shuffling.

We can shuffle next game as it will be confusion for players if we change  two things at once ...

How to play?

1. Let us have two teams; TEAM ADD and TEAM SUBTRACT.

2. We will start at 500.. The role of Team ADD is to add (+) 2 ,4,6,8,10,12----(multiplies of two )  to the current number to reach 1000 from 500..

Add team player 1: 502(+2)

Add team player2: 506 (+4)

Add team player3: 510 (+6)

Add team player4 : 518(+8)

3. Team SUBTRACT will minus (-) 2 ,-4,-6,-8,-10,-12,,,  to the current number until it reaches zero (0) from 500.

Sub team player 1: 498(-2)

Sub team player2: 496(-4)

Sub team player3: 490(-6)

SUB team player4 : 492(-8)

It will reset back to +/-2 once the opposing player comes again.

So it goes this way: if the same team player comes consecutively in a row, then the number will also increase/decrease consecutively in a row! 

4. The first group that reaches the goal will earn 1 point.

5. So we should always look at the number above us to know what to add/subtract

6. When your team reaches 1000 or 0, please call my attention to update the scoreboard :)

TEAM ADD MEMBERS:

- All registered users in the forum with their names starting with:

C, D , G , H , K , L , O , P , S , T , W , X, Z and forum names starting with SYMBOLS.

By default, I belong to team SUBTRACT because my name is rayambler7 starting with 'R'

RULES:

2. Because we are sure that this game will be a long one, we should prevent heat discussions and fights while playing the Add and Subtract game.
