From what Google says, "Church can be considered a shrine" so you can use it.

"Some other place of worship", it depends, if it's an infrastructure that can be called temple other than that I guess no.

By some other place of worship, I meant these: I saw a couple of historicals and in one a lead goes to investigate when people who're being fooled into praying to a new god, and another in which lots of demons go to worship the supreme demon lord. - ?

For Spot: Someone being purified.

Option 1: I have a drama scene where a demon was growing a powerful demon liver inside a human body. In order to save the girl's life, the mc gives her his normal liver and takes out the demonic one. Option 2: There's another scene where the MC has been injured by ghosts. He is put inside a bathtub inside lots of water and lotus flowers to heal him immediately.

Do any of these count for this one?

I don't think option 1 counts here but option 2 definitely fits in the prompt so you can use it 😊
