I don't remember a female villain in Vincenzo, haven't seen The Devil Judge so someone else can confirm if the person referred to is male or female.

Vincenzo does have a female villain and so does the Devil Judge. The devil judge's villainess is great  in an unhinged but refined way

10.Military Prosecutor Doberman or Under the Queen's Umbrella - Both had female antagonists who were ruthless and power hungry. They were terrible people yet calculated  and goal driven. They were also mothers who shattered the stereotype of the maternal role. They were puppeteers but pretty unapologetic about their greed and influence.

someone else can pick

I just found out that there is an SK movie called The Villainess about a female assassin.  Found it when looking up how to spell villainess and just went back to close that tab, lol.
