10 movies to watch this valentine day... Give us a little story

I'm going to do two, so everyone can pick whichever they're in the mood for, lol

1. Your Name Engraved Herein - ANGST. This movie still tears my heart out and I haven't rewatched it, ever. Just thinking about it makes me want to sob uncontrollably, just watching the trailer got me choked up a while ago and honestly, saying anymore will probably make me cry. So if you want angst, go with this one.

2. The Con - Heartist - I wouldn't necessarily label this a romance movie, but it's got romance. It's also got good comedy, a nice story and the cast brought their A - game. Plus, it's got the sweetest OST by BamBam, and he is adorable and so is the movie.

Bonus: since it's not on MDL, but I still want to recommend it because I just rewatched it for the I don't know what number time

Set It Up - it's got to be one of my favorite rom - coms, it's adorably comforting in a way that only a few movies can be

3. As Long As We Both Shall Live - adapted from a novel, this movie is an interesting take on the Cinderella story. I've watched it a few times so I am finding more holes/unexplained areas in the wider story, but the story between the leads hits all the right notes. Hopefully they'll either make a sequel or turn it into a series so it can be fleshed out a little more.

4. Crazy Beautiful You/Can't Help Falling in Love - same actors for both main leads so have put both titles in. Light hearted, nothing new just nice, easy watches where you don't need to think too hard.

5. Going By the Book - if you want nothing to do with romance to avoid the day and all it's hearts and flowers this is a good one. Funny, dramatic, tense and unexpected, you'll find yourself well distracted and thoroughly entertained.

As Long As We Both Shall Live

Around the same time the live action was released, an anime version was also released on Netflix (US). The anime just got a S2.

Pessimist vs Optimist

6.  "Love Will Tear Us Apart" -This movie/actors really makes you feel the struggle that love can go through.

7.  "My Tutor Friend" - Hilarious easy watch that reminds me of all the goodness of cliche love rom-coms.

Bonus - Not on MDL (Vietnam production) but on Netflix..."Mai" - a story where the playboy ML is set on capturing FL.  It's that ending......

Komentator isenk  LOVE this topic!!!!  I am going to try to find all these recommends if I haven't seen.

8. Our Times (beautiful and deep love story… A bit tearful at the end, though. But definitely a must see with amazing actors!)

9.  Your Eyes Tell (nice love story to watch spiked with a little angst.  I guess you can say it’s a classic)

10. Love and leashes (well, if you want to watch something a little bit different for once…go for it lol no seriously, it’s a well done movie, and definitely not boring XD the actors did an amazing job and it was a fun watch )
