I'll do two Netflix series that I watched recently and would highly recommend 

1. Trauma Code: Heroes on Call - action packed, funny and protagonists you can absolutely root for 

2. Thai Cave Rescue - heartfelt, based on a true story, you will require a lot of tissues while watching it is EMOTIONAL
