Someone please pick the next topic

10 movies/dramas where someone has a job that makes you envious (but not some fantasy job, one that exists in the real world). Please tell us why

1. Glass Heart (musician/Band Member) becoming rich  ;), having fun with your group members, making music (together) for a living, making people happy with your music (giving them hope, inspire them, and so much more)

ditto! Though I'd rather live off royalties without the limelight, like The liar and his lover

2. Another Miss Oh - male lead being a foley artist. It seems like such a cool job. It seems like such an unknown job but really important for movies/shows/video games. It would love to help be a part of making movies or games, but don't want to act, and this seems like a job that would be perfect.

3. Thame Po: Heart That Skips a Beat - specifically Po, he's filming a documentary, he gets to have complete creative control over the filming and narration, plus on the side he's helping Thame bring Mars back together??!

4. Romance is a Bonus Book - publisher. I like marketing and reading books. Oh, to be paid to read books.

I get you! I  read books on the publishing business and contemplate shifting my career.

5.Today's Webtoon- Being a webtoon editor seems so cool to me and i never really thought about that career before. Nice to see some behind the scenes as well as how artists, writers and editors work. This is a romanticized view of the industry but I like writing  and illustrating. I like reading comics and books in general so thats where the envy lies.

good I read previous answers cause I was just about to mention this one. this is my dream job (but as a language editor and translator.)

6. Can This Love Be Translated? - To be an interpreter and to be fluent in 6 or more languages is really exciting, not only because you get to attend cultural events and meet all kinds of people, but also because it helps with your brain power... Most intelligent people I know are fluent in multiple languages. Overall, yeah, it's cool.

Oh yeah, I read you. I wish I knew more than just my native language. I need to start studying!! Don't think I'll ever be good enough for official interpreter but maybe good enough to travel around a country and help if needed. Or maybe good enough to help translate on Viki?

Oh. That’s my dream job too. I’m actually a freelance translator (not my full time job), but I always wish to become an interpreter. I’m also trying to become one. I attended some small events before as a voluntary or supporting interpreter. But I’m not confident enough to accept an offer in big important event as a main interpreter. 🥲 The male lead’s job is actually the first reason why I’m interested in this drama. Maybe it would give me some motivation to keep trying, in the interpreting or translation field.

7. Secret Garden - stunt person. Apart from all the injuries, how cool would this job be. I'd have some serious skills, be on screens and not be recognised walking down the street; not a bad deal.

8. Pretty Proofreadera proofreader or an editor. I love reading books, and it would be great to be paid to read books, and I also get to meet with different authors when working with them as a proofreader or an editor. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to work with my favorite authors directly, but it’s okay. I can still meet them through my co-workers. :)
