You seem to talk about Chaeso-jeon. I wanted to try one with napa cabbage.

Exactly the one they prepared in the market is with napa cabbage. Now I know how to name it: Chaeso-jeon. 

This is generic term for ones with veggies, one with napa cabbage is called Baechu-jeonya
