Help me identify the title of the movie?

Hi, I'm looking for a movie, I have watched it but I can't remember the title and country. It's asian movie though. 

Here's the plot: They're strangers who met and they had mutual feelings/infatuation but then they parted and didn't even know each other's names. I think just the first names? and then they met again after couple of years.

Oh, I've watched Hello Stranger. Yes it is very similar. But the movie on my mind is a melodrama, not romantic comedy. Thanks for your response, I appreciate it! ^-^
