Im curently watching a mini drama Love and Strife..

Im unfamiliar with the main leads but they have a pretty good chemistry...but what I like most is that they are both  smart and calm.

Look interesting, adding it to my ptw list. Thanks for sharing.

I started the The Glory. So far its good.

omg I can't believe I forgot abt that drama!!! I love Xie Wei so much, he's the one who first made me obsessed with this archetype lol. Thanks for the other recs!

Have no way to check 6 months so 2025 only.

I checked and there were 15 historical dramas airing in 2025 with 2 coming otw and 1 (Legend of the Female General with Zhou Ye and Cheng Lei 🎉) rumored to air this month so maybe 18 Chinese historical dramas until 31 March. Short-length drama not included. As for Korean and Japanese or Thai historical drama, I'm not sure maybe 3 for Korean historical drama? There were so many Japanese dramas so won't count. Thai maybe just 1 which I ptw but I'm not sure.

It's a TMI but in 2025, I've completed Moonlight Mystique, Flourished Peony (a must-watch), and Perfect Match. Dropped Si Jin. Put Kill My Sins on-hold (ah I forgot it). And I ptw Ashura no Gotoku, Berabo: Tsuta Ju Eika Osamu Yume Hanashi (ongoing), Good Heavens! I'm a Goose not A Swan (ongoing), Love of Petals, and When Life Gives You Tangerines (ongoing).

I'm watching When Life Gives You Tangerines (ongoing) on Netflix right now. I'm  7/16. LOVE the two main leads, supporting cast, slice of life / hardships,OST and cinematography.

I love IU & Bo Gum!! I couldn't decide whether to start this one now or wait til it finishes so I can watch straight through. Often I lose interest over a long time period of waiting each week.

finished Oh My Emperor

Did you like the drama? I remember watching it around the time XNINE kinda stopped making music and I really only watched this drama for them (and Zhao Lusi). I don't remember much of the story anymore, I don't think it was that great, but I still listen to the one OST song where both Zhao Lusi and Gu Jiacheng sing together. And this drama made me listen more to Wu Jiacheng, Peng Chuyue, and Xiao Zhan's solo songs.
